Our Youth Development Program is built for athletes that are ready to start structured strength and conditioning. Athletes in these classes are between the ages of 11 and 14 years old. The main focus is to learn the foundational movements.
Creating proper movement patterns is extremely important as dysfunctional movement can lead to injury or slowed progress.
Each class participates in speed/agility, strength training and conditioning, focused on increasing strength, work capacity and proper running technique.
