COME BE A PART OF A FAMILY DEDICATED TO THE BETTERMENT OF THEMSELVES AND THOSE AROUND THEM

Our Vision.

PSP3 is unlike other sports training facilities. PSP3 is a community of athletes who are passionate about maximizing their athletic performance, as well as helping others reach their performance goals. Together at PSP3 we pledge to inspire, encourage, motivate, and support those around us. Our programming is different from other sports training facilities in that PSP3 works directly with coaches to supplement, not substitute a program that will elicit the greatest performance gains in its athletes. These programs are sports specific and individualized to each athlete and their competitive season.

At PSP3 we believe all athletes need characteristics of mind, body and soul which is why we created the “PSP3 Pledge” for our athletes to abide by:

  • I will respect myself and others
  • I will encourage and inspire those around me
  • I will fuel my body to create an environment that facilitates growth
  • I will compete to make myself and my family better
  • I will not make excuses or blame others
  • I will embrace adversity
  • I will make time to volunteer to serve my community

I want to thank PSP3 for all that they have done the past 6 months with Jonathan. Since working out at PSP3 I have noticed a difference in not only his strength and endurance but also in his self esteem and confidence! Each time he goes to class he gets so much more than 'just a workout'. You guys are wonderful role models for him and that is so important!

PSP is a difference maker! While a number of programs tailor their programs to a sport, PSP3 takes this a step further and creates an unique program that is specific to the actual individual within his or her sport. They focus not only on building the strengths of an athlete but also working on the weaknesses to maximize their potential. Whether it is speed, agility, mobility or any other aspect of the physical training they have a proven process to enhance performance. Their expertise spans all levels of competition. I have been fortunate to have all three of my sons as a part of their program at various levels-middle school, high school and college. I have also seen their success from professional athletes as well. I have found it rare to have a program that can make such a positive impact across all levels of competition.

What differentiates PSP3 from other programs is that physical training is just one part of their program. They take the training a step further to also focus on mentally preparing the athlete for competition, nutrition, injury prevention and building confidence. Their goal is not just to help build the physical athlete but also a well-rounded individual. They expect their athletes to not only focus on their own potential but also to positively impact all of those around them. It is truly a family. These intangibles are what sets them apart from all others.

The passion from Coach Nate and Coach Tracy to maximize the potential of all athletes is unsurpassed. Their commitment and proven processes breed success. They are making a huge impact on inspiring all their athletes. I would highly recommend them and their program to anyone that is looking to compete at the next level-whatever that may be. With their program, their coaches and the PSP3 family of athletes you will be successful.

I'm a 47 year old father of three and every year would slip further away from being in shape. After getting winded walking up a flight of stairs at home and a quickly declining ability to keep up with the kids, I knew I had to do something. With seeing the results that my oldest son had obtained at PSP3, but knowing those workouts were above my abilities, I approached Tracy to see if they had any "old men workouts" that would fit my busy travel and work schedule. After meeting with Tracy to discuss further, I signed up for the monthly app based workout plan which gives me the flexibility to complete workouts at home, at the gym, in a hotel room, practically anywhere.

I wasn't after a beach body and my story isn't one of rapid, extreme weight loss. That said, I have lost weight, gained muscle and confidence and most importantly can keep up with the kids again. I would love to say it has been easy but that wouldn't be accurate. I struggled to complete even the warm-up routine for the first couple of weeks but stuck with the program and quickly added more and more to my workout repertoire. Another big benefit for me is that Tracy has always been available for a quick bit of motivation and/or advice and it is in no way just an app based workout with no help as other available programs seem to be.

If you're an athlete in the Kansas City area and are serious about your sport you need to be training at PSP3. The workouts we did during my offseason were designed specifically for me and the demands pitching places on me. I came into spring training in the best shape of my life and it's no coincidence. I know so much more about my body and I am able to recover SO much faster day to day due to what I have learned from the coaches.

I took my son to a college football camp this past week and I have never seen him so quick. I was doing my best to keep a non-biased view of the activies, but every TE/RB had trouble trying to block him. We are convinced that PSP3 has helped him increase not only his running mechanics but his first step quickness.
