COME BE A PART OF A FAMILY DEDICATED TO THE BETTERMENT OF THEMSELVES AND THOSE AROUND THEM
PSP3 is unlike other sports training facilities. PSP3 is a community of athletes who are passionate about maximizing their athletic performance, as well as helping others reach their performance goals. Together at PSP3 we pledge to inspire, encourage, motivate, and support those around us. Our programming is different from other sports training facilities in that PSP3 works directly with coaches to supplement, not substitute a program that will elicit the greatest performance gains in its athletes. These programs are sports specific and individualized to each athlete and their competitive season.
At PSP3 we believe all athletes need characteristics of mind, body and soul which is why we created the “PSP3 Pledge” for our athletes to abide by:
- I will respect myself and others
- I will encourage and inspire those around me
- I will fuel my body to create an environment that facilitates growth
- I will compete to make myself and my family better
- I will not make excuses or blame others
- I will embrace adversity
- I will make time to volunteer to serve my community
What differentiates PSP3 from other programs is that physical training is just one part of their program. They take the training a step further to also focus on mentally preparing the athlete for competition, nutrition, injury prevention and building confidence. Their goal is not just to help build the physical athlete but also a well-rounded individual. They expect their athletes to not only focus on their own potential but also to positively impact all of those around them. It is truly a family. These intangibles are what sets them apart from all others.
The passion from Coach Nate and Coach Tracy to maximize the potential of all athletes is unsurpassed. Their commitment and proven processes breed success. They are making a huge impact on inspiring all their athletes. I would highly recommend them and their program to anyone that is looking to compete at the next level-whatever that may be. With their program, their coaches and the PSP3 family of athletes you will be successful.
I wasn't after a beach body and my story isn't one of rapid, extreme weight loss. That said, I have lost weight, gained muscle and confidence and most importantly can keep up with the kids again. I would love to say it has been easy but that wouldn't be accurate. I struggled to complete even the warm-up routine for the first couple of weeks but stuck with the program and quickly added more and more to my workout repertoire. Another big benefit for me is that Tracy has always been available for a quick bit of motivation and/or advice and it is in no way just an app based workout with no help as other available programs seem to be.
