Free Evaluation Assessment
Every new athlete must go through our initial assessment which is conducted by one of our certified coaches. During this assessment we analyzing strength, speed, coordination, balance and flexibility which will allow for us to create that individualized program for each athlete. Evaluations are done during normal class times to give perspective athletes the understanding of how a class will run.
This assessment is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.
The First Day:
- Please be 5-10 minutes early for your evaluation so that we can show you some of our pre-workout activation exercises
- Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes
- Bring a water bottle
Each evaluation will take between 40-50 minutes. This entails running through our warmup, speed/agility, some basic movements and finished by our recovery/stretching program. Our goal is to learn as much as we can about you so that we can individualize your program to YOU.
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

I wasn't after a beach body and my story isn't one of rapid, extreme weight loss. That said, I have lost weight, gained muscle and confidence and most importantly can keep up with the kids again. I would love to say it has been easy but that wouldn't be accurate. I struggled to complete even the warm-up routine for the first couple of weeks but stuck with the program and quickly added more and more to my workout repertoire. Another big benefit for me is that Tracy has always been available for a quick bit of motivation and/or advice and it is in no way just an app based workout with no help as other available programs seem to be.
